Peeled & Tail-on Shrimp

Juice of 1 lemon

4-6tbsp Grain Mustard

1-1 1/2c Olive Oil Mayonnaise 

1-2 pinches of Cayenne Pepper

6 dashes of Hot Sauce

2tbsp Minced Garlic

2tbsp Minced Onion

2tbsp Pickle Juice

2tbsp Prepared Horseradish

1-2 pinches of Paprika

2tbsp "A Cajun Life" All--Purpose Rub

1tsp Cracked Black Pepper

2-3tbsp "A Cajun Life" Mesquite Rub


Toss Shrimp in Mesquite rub, then steam until cooked through, 2-3mins. Mix the remaining ingredients together and refrigerate or serve right away with shrimp.
