2-3 cups cooked white rice
1 lb ground beef

2-3 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 lb andouille
4-6 minced sautéed chicken livers
8 minced garlic cloves
1/2-1 cup trinity (1/2 onion. 1 celery stick, 1/2 green bell pepper)
1 cup chicken broth
2 chopped green onions

1/4 c flour

1/4 c veggie oil

1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp "A Cajun Life" Chicken rub

1 tbsp #A Cajun Life" Blackening rub
1/4 cup diced jalapeños
1 tsp thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes

Saute 2-4 tbsp veg oil, andouille & ground beef with 2 tbsp Blackening rub & 1 tsp cracked black pepper, and set off to the side. Sauté livers then mince them, and set off to the side. Make a roux then add garlic, Jalapenos, trinity and Chicken rub. Deglaze pan with broth and scrape pan bits, add meats & livers, oregano & red pepper flakes, and reduce liquid by half. Toss rice with 1 tbsp chicken bouillon, then fold in rice and 1-2 tbsp butter. Garnish with green onions.
